General Information
Mowing Days
We work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Our crews' work is assigned to specific areas on certain days. Our customers are assigned specific mowing days. We do not guarantee a specific time of day, but once scheduled, the time will stay approximately the same. (Please be aware that adding or deleting of customers from the schedule or on extremely hot weather days the times could be slightly adjusted.) One last note, we ask that you DO NOT water the day of service or the night before.
Rain Schedule
Unless under extreme weather circumstance, we always try to keep on schedule. If the rainfall is only slight we will continue mowing. (If you prefer we not mow, we ask you to please call and let us know. We will be happy to reschedule!) Should the rain be too heavy, we will either stop till the rain ends and then resume, or return to service your yard the following day.
Alternating Week Services (every Other Week Service)
Due to excessive growth, we will use a higher setting of the mower. Excess grass, clumping or even uneven cutting tends to occur during this time. (Please be advised that most yards, while in season, do not look their best if not mowed on a weekly basis). We are unable to guarantee your complete satisfaction with this type of service. Every other week service is not recommended during the peak growth time.

Gates
On your scheduled mowing day we ask that all necessary entry gates are left unlocked. If gates are locked, only the front and sides will be done. (Please note, in this instance, our crews are not required to return that day and NO discounts or adjustments will be applied.) If you have a combination lock and provide the code, we will be happy to unlock, service your yard and lock you gate again.
Complaints
At MC Green Carpet Lawns customer satisfaction is our first and foremost priority. Should a complaint arise, please do not hesitate to call or email us within 48 hours from the date of service. We will be happy to make any kind of adjustment necessary, including re mowing! (Please note, alternating week customers are excluded if complaint results from excess grass clumping or uneven cutting due to overgrowth.) One final thought, we ask that all complaints be made directly to the office staff, as opposed to the crews themselves.
Payments
All payments can be made in cash, check or major credit card. On the 15th of each month, all invoices will be mailed out and are due no later than the 30th of that month. There will be a 10% late fee for payments received after the 30th. Should you prefer, we can use a credit card on file for automatic billing that will be charged at the end of each month. Invoices will still be mailed out.
